It is crazy how cake pops have just become the rage. I've seen them in a variety of shapes, colors, and characters. My colleague makes them and has taken her talent to a higher level by teaching classes at a local shop. I loved the hands on class and learned lots. They sure are pretty but also pretty time consuming to make. Summer time will be the perfect time to practice :)
