After Anthony's karate class, Leah's kiddos and ours headed over to Chuck E. Cheese for some lunch and fun. Our kiddies got to enjoy a play date while Leah had her first team mom meeting.

February 14, 2012 - Valentine's Day Part II
After dinner, we came home to find Valentine's presents in our mailbox left by a secret cupid. The mystery cupid was unmasked once I logged on to Facebook :) Thank you, Steph! After a little R&R, our sweeties enjoyed their new books and helped us put together treats for their Wednesday Valentine's Day party (for the preschool's Monday,Wednesday, Friday kids).
February 14, 2012 - Valentine's Day
Farrells had a Valentine's Day special, and we took full advantage of it. We were on a mission right after right school hoping to avoid the insane lines they are infamous for having. As I'd hoped, the line was short and this family enjoyed a yummy meal. The greeter even arranged for it to be my unofficial birthday, since the real day is in two weeks. So besides a great meal, I got serenaded by the the servers and received a birthday sundae. Be not fooled by Anthony's innocent smile. He was being a little impatient and a tad naughty, but the good definitely outweighed the bad.

February 5, 2012 - Children's Museum - Santa Ana
We made an attempt to go to the Bowers Museum which was giving free admission to the first 1,500 people. I was super excited about getting to see their exhibit Warriors, Tombs, and Temples. We arrived to find a line that wrapped around the museum. Who would have thought that such a line would exist on Super Bowl Sunday??? We didn't get into line since I wasn't up to waiting, Big Daniel was under the weather, and I didn't think the boys could handle the line. Plan B was to go to the Childrens Museum down the block. The boys and I painted clay dragons and Daddy painted a parasol for me to display during my Ancient China unit. A little family time before game time :)

February 4, 2011 - Home Depot Kids Workshop
Home Depot has a monthly free kids workshop where they "learn, build, create." Provided is an official store apron, a kit, and off you go to work on your project. The boys each made something for Lelani. I loved that the kids got a certificate of completion and a project pin to put on their apron.

January 27, 2012 - Yogurtland
Too many late nights this week at work. Friday came and we went directly to the "ice cream shop" after the pre-school pickup.
